Beneficiaries of Art Mandai

The Art Mandai event creates a platform for the artist community to come together and support local social causes.

Each year, new artists participate and sell their work at this event. A portion of the sales are then contributed by Art Mandai to varied local causes in the city, so far the following NGOs and organizations have been the beneficiaries.

2024 - 25

COCHLEA PUNE for hearing and speech was established in 1998. It has been dedicated to the development of physical , emotional and mental health of hearing impaired children 0 to 6 years . They have speech therapy , and Pre school training centres to rehabilitate children and adults .

Swadhar IDWC Pune was established by Meenakshi Apte in 1995. It’s aim has been to help women in distress and make them self-reliant and lead a dignified life. Ray of hope a project to help children with HIV/AIDS and look into their overall development

2023 - 24

An NGO focused on river revival through citizen participation, passionate about environmental conservation. They co-founded the Ramnadi restoration mission with the motto: "My River, My Responsibility."

The Trust supports people with hearing, speech, orthopedic, and visual impairments, aiming to make them independent and employable based on their abilities.

2018 - 19

During the Art Mandai events, we noticed the absence of a convenient, safe, and accessible drinking water fountain within the Mandai. In response, we were delighted to donate a beautifully designed water fountain. Crafted by Pune's celebrated architect, Jayant Dharap, the fountain's design is both simple and elegant, thoughtfully created to harmonize with the Mandai's historic architecture. A drinking water station was installed by Art Mandai at Phule mandai for the use of vendors and public .

2016 - 17

Founded by Nana Patekar and Makarand Anaspure in 2015 to address farmer distress in Maharashtra. It has completed numerous projects to improve villagers' lives, evolving into a movement for empowering the rural community.
